Get an AT&T email address for account owners

Want an email address for your U-verse® TV or AT&T Internet Accounts?

You may either make a new one or link your support to an AT&T email address you currently have. Your AT&T email can finish with one of these domains: @ameritech. Internet, @att. Net, @bellsouth. Net, @currently. com, @flash. Net, @nvbell. Internet, @pacbell. Internet, @prodigy. Net, @sbcglobal. Internet, @snet. Net, @swbell. Internet, or @wans. net.

If you didn't receive an AT&T email once you signed up for AT&T Internet or U-verse TV service, you may create a new one or use one you already have as your own user ID. Here's how:

  1. Go to Profile and pick Account users.

  2. If you have multiple accounts, then select U-verse TV or Internet from the dropdown.

  3. Select Get AT&T email after which Continue on the Welcome screen.

  4. Accept the Conditions of Service and select Continue.

  5. Do one of the following:

  • Pick I need to create an AT&T email address and select Continue. Produce an AT&T email or select one of the suggested IDs, then follow the prompts to finish the procedure.

  • Select I have one if you have AT&T email, then follow the prompts. Your user ID password will be the same as the email password that you enter.


Good to know: All DSL net accounts incorporate an AT&T email.
